Alice Hellstalker is a private detective in the city of Durnkalast, the largest city in a world of fantasy and miracles.
Obviously, the city's going to have it's seedier side, and it's up to the quarter-demon Alice to work out the details of it.

taking a few dozen turns for the worse, as Alice ends up having to pry into every facet of life in Durnkalast to find the
killer.
